How to use SeamOne

Here's how a chat looks

The chat is an example. Real numbers and wording may differ.

Only once. Done in about 10 minutes.

You need a SeamWork account, the ID you use to log in to app.ssm8.app. No account? Ask your company admin.

In SeamWork, open SeamOne (the SeamOne menu at the top on a PC, or the SeamOne card on the home screen on a phone). In the Telegram connection box, tap “Make a link”. The link works once, within 30 minutes.

Open that link or QR code on your phone. The SeamOne chat in Telegram (@DaehanClaudi_bot) opens. Tap “Start”.

You'll get a 6-digit number in the chat. Within 10 minutes, type it into “Confirmation number” on the SeamOne page and tap “Confirm”. SeamOne then tells you in the chat that you're connected.

If it doesn't connect

Got an invitation email? Start from its “Join SeamOne” button. The invitation page walks you through.

If the link doesn't work or was already used, tap “Make a new link” and start again from step 2.

If SeamOne says only pilot users can use it, you're not registered yet. Tell your company admin.

How to use it

Send one request at a time, in your own words. Questions, writing, translation, leave and file summaries already work in English. Approvals, email and stored files work in Korean today, and English is coming soon.

Send files with the paperclip and add what you need, for example “summarize”. Files up to 5MB are read right away. Voice notes and recordings up to 20MB are transcribed.

For things that are hard to undo, such as leave requests, SeamOne shows the details first. If they're right, reply “yes”. Approvals are accepted only when you type them yourself.

Telegram on your phone and PC is the same chat. Use it at night, on weekends or on business trips, wherever Telegram connects.

Answers are written by AI. Check numbers and names before you use them. Never send passwords or card numbers.

Each company turns on different features. Leave and order notes work only if your company uses them. If something doesn't work, tell your company admin. Coming soon in English: approvals, email summaries and reply drafts, stored large files, progress report PDFs, business partner checks and web research. Until then, handle approvals in SeamWork.

If you get stuck

No reply

Wait a minute or two. If SeamOne is still working on your previous request, yours is next in line. Still nothing? Tell your company admin.

SeamOne says the chat isn't registered or connected

Reconnect from step 2 above.

Things suddenly stopped working

A connection lasts 90 days. When it ends, connect again from the SeamOne page in SeamWork.

An answer says another AI replied

The AI provider was briefly busy, so a backup AI answered without seeing your earlier messages. Explain again if needed.

I approved something by mistake

Tell the requester and your company admin right away.
